Submit Vaccination & Health Certificates

Fill out and Upload your Vaccination Certificates. If Vaccination Certificate does not include all equines attending you must submit an additional Vaccination Certificates for each equine.

Be sure to Sign the required liability waivers required for the event you plan to attend. If you have already submitted for the event you plan to attend, you do not need to submit again. A Waiver is required per event. We do not keep past Waivers on file.
