Participation Policy: The following is an example of our policy. Attendees wishing to participate in an event will be prescreened. Each event will have specific details regarding the required skills and qualifications to participate. We accept a limited number of participants per event, so please submit your application early before the spots are filled. Submission of an application does not guarantee a spot. We keep submitted applications on file, and if future events align with your qualifications, we may contact you to see if you are interested in participating.

Place Payment details here. The following is an example. All payments are processed using PayPal. If you attend an event that is listed as OPEN for spectators or to Audit, you can pay when you arrive and sign all waiver forms. If you pay upon arrival, CASH is the only form of payment accept. Please bring exact amount as we may not have change available at the event.

Place Policy here. The following is an example of policy. If you cancel out of the clinic, or simply don't show up for the event, the deposit is forfeited – NO EXCEPTIONS.  If you have already made your balance payment, an additional $50 USD administration fee will be charged, and the remaining amount will be applied to as a credit. Credits are valid for same calendar year and can be used to purchase another clinic if space allows. If a participate or horse becomes unable to complete the clinic, no refund will be given as the Clinic host, or instructor cannot be responsible for unforeseen problems. If you cancel before the clinic, and it is at least 2 weeks before the event, we will give you an option to apply your paid fee to another event for that calendar year, or we can send you a refund for 80% of your paid fee. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your Refund as we will send you a check for the refund amount, not refund your credit card.  By signing up for any event it is understood that you have read and understand this policy
